Q:
I just placed an order but I made a mistake and want to change it. Who do I contact to correct / adjust my order?

A: Please email shipping@ShopGrandAxis.com ASAP if you need to make a change to an order you just placed, or if you need to cancel the order.

*Make sure to include your Order # or the email you placed your order from*

If your order has already been shipped, email us at the address above so that we can initiate the RETURN / EXCHANGE once you receive your order.

 

Q: How long will it take my order to ship?

A: We fulfill most orders within' 24 hours of receiving them. However, you should allow up to 3 full business days for your order to ship
(ie: if you chose 2-3 day shipping, allow up to 5-6 business days to receive your item)

Please note that USPS First Class Package arrival times are ESTIMATES and NOT guarantees. For a guaranteed delivery time, you must use USPS Priority, UPS, or DHL.

 

Q: Will I get tracking information once my order has shipped?

A: Yes, as long as you provide a valid email during check out, you will receive an email as soon as your order has been fulfilled!  

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, but please be aware of the following BEFORE placing an order outside of the USA:

(1) If you choose USPS INTERNATIONAL MAIL to ship your order, please note:

DELIVERY DATE NOT GUARANTEED: The Delivery Dates posted at checkout are ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES.  For this shipping service, delivery times vary considerably by country, and in very rare cases, orders can take a month or longer to arrive. Unfortunately, in those rare cases, we just have to ask for your patience.

LIMITED TRACKING INFORMATION: For many countries, once your package has left the USA, any information on the status / progress of your package will be very limited. This is because your country's mail / postal / shipping service will intercept it, and they may not continue to update USPS with the status of your package. For this reason, it is impossible for us to attain any information on the status of your package beyond the tracking number you will be provided once your order has shipped.

NO OPTION TO INSURE IF LOST OR STOLEN.

For the fastest, most reliable shipping, choose UPS or DHL!

(2) CUSTOMS / DUTIES / TAXES / FEES: We are not responsible for any customs duties/taxes/fees that you may incur. Unfortunately, this is something we don't have control of. If you place an order and chose not to pay whatever duty charges are require, we cannot refund you for your order, as the items from your order will not be returned to us, and we will not be refunded for the shipping label when the package has been left unpaid.

WASH / DRY / CARE LABEL INSTRUCTIONS

UNDERWEAR:

Machine wash at low temperature. Dry on low heat. No bleach.

 

 SWIMWEAR

Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang to dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. 

Avoid contact with oils and lotions. Rinse throughly or wash per above instructions immediately after use in the pool or ocean, or after contact with oils or lotion to preserve color and fabric integrity.

SHORTS

Machine wash cold. Dry on low. Do not bleach.

SOFT CUP INSERT:

Machine wash cold with like colors. lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. 

 

SIZING

Q: Do you have a sizing chart?

A: YES, each product has a "SIZING" tab with a sizing chart and details on the size and fit.

Please make sure to review the sizing chart for each style you purchase! There is some variance on sizing between styles. Not all products follow the same size chart!

After doing this now for a number of years I have found that our bodies are all shaped very differently and that waist is only 1 imperfect metric to consider when finding the right size for us. And just as varied as our bodies are, so too are our preferences for how a garment should look, fit and feel.

So I suggest limiting the number of items you purchase (1 color per style) so you can first make sure they fit well before placing a larger order. 

For first time INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS with questions about fit & sizing: Since returns are very costly, if you still have questions after reading through the "SIZING" tab of the style you are interested in, you can email us info@shopGrandAxis.com and we will do our best to guide you.

For DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS ONLY: We accept Returns & Exchanges on qualifying items at our discretion per our RETURN / EXCHANGE Policy.
Please note:
     - RETURNS will incur a 10% Restocking fee.
     - EXCHANGES are FREE!

For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We accept RETURNS ONLY. Customer is responsible for any fees associated with shipping the return items back to us.

REVIEWS

Q: How can I leave a review for an item I purchased from GRAND-AXIS?

If you would like to leave a review that will be published online and appear on our website's product page: 

12 days after your order has shipped (& 25 for Int'l customers), you will receive an email that will prompt you to REVIEW & RATE your new GRAND-AXIS gear. We invite you to submit your review there. Hopefully it's a good one!

Our reviews are curated through a 3rd party app called "Judge.me." And since it is a 3rd party platform, they verify the authenticity of every review (that it comes from a customer who places an order). There you can see we have over 3,000 reviews (as of November 2024), an overall rating of 4.81 / 5 for our products, and the fact that we have published 99% of the verified reviews we have received (unfortunately I've had to remove 1or 2 for inappropriate language). You can also see many photos of other customers showing off in their GRAND-AXIS
