A: Allow 2 business days for your order to ship. We are still a very new operation with a very small team. This will depend largely on the volume of orders we are getting. We will likely have your order out sooner than that :)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other factors, many orders are arriving late; shipping carriers are not guaranteeing that they will meet estimated delivery dates. So once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for them arriving late as a result of carrier delays.

Q: Will I get tracking information once my order has shipped?

A: Yes, but you must provide a valid email during check out to receive your tracking information. 


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! But please bear in mind:

(1) shipping carriers are experiencing delays right now and are not guaranteeing items will arrive on time. USPS is experiencing more significant delays, so please choose a different shipping option if you really need it by a certain time.

(2) we are not responsible for any customs duties/taxes/fees that you may incur. Unfortunately, this is something we don't have control of.

Q: How do I wash and dry my GRAND AXIS UNDERWEAR?

AMachine wash at low temperature. Dry on low heat. No bleach.

A: SWIM wash instructions:
Machine wash cold with like colors. Hang to dry. Do not iron. Do not bleach. 

GYM Short wash instructions: 
Machine wash cold. Dry on low. Do not bleach.

Care Label instructions for SOFT CUP INSERT:

  • To get the longest life out of your foam soft cup, I recommend to hand wash and hand dry; DO NOT WRING-OUT to dry.

  • If you would rather machine wash your foam soft cup, then I would advise you to Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, and hang or lay flat to dry.

A: YES, there is a tab on every product page that contains a sizing chart.

Though please note if you have previously purchased underwear from us: Our size grading for swimwear has changed slightly. In addition to adding larger sizes, our size M, L and XL were made to fit slightly larger.

If you are still unsure about your fit, I suggest limiting the number of items you purchase so you can first make sure they fit well before placing a larger order.

Q: Will you be offering larger sizes in underwear, as well as swimwear beyond the XL size currently available for underwear?

A: YES. FALL 2020 UNDERWEAR (hopefully out in November), will run from size  Small - 3XXXL.

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns.

Q: I received my order, but the product does not fit me, can I exchange for a different size?

A: On the condition that your item has been unworn and still has the tag attached, we do allow you to exchange your item for a different size item in the same style and color. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us, and for the cost of shipping the new items back out to you. Please email us at for more information on how to exchange your item.
