Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Grand Axis.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns:



We do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (placed outside the USA). All INTERNATIONAL orders are FINAL SALE.


DOMESTIC Orders (placed within the USA):

UNWORN Goods / items with tags still attached that are NOT "Final Sale" items are available for EXCHANGE or *PARTIAL REFUND* ( -5% restocking fee per item)

- You are responsible for shipping the items back to us, and if You want to exchange, You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the new items to you.

- All items are subject to be rejected for refund or return upon inspection at our discretion if the garment is not in the condition specified above.

- *Partial Refund:* A 5% per item restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund total.

- Exchanges and Refunds will be only after we receive your Return Items. Refunds will be issued only through the same payment method you used to place the order. Refunds may take a few days to process depending on your payment method.

In the email, you must state:

- Your ORDER NUMBER (sent in the email when you placed your order)
- The EMAIL ADDRESS you used to place your order
- The items you would like to return (specify color & size & quantity if you ordered multiple items of  the same style)

Your RETURN PACKAGE must contain your ORDER NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS on the inside of the package.



If your product arrived to you damaged, we will replace your item.

Please email me at Include PHOTOS of the damage product, as well as the information requested above (Order Number, Email address used to place order, etc).

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 45 days

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
