Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Grand Axis.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns:

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (placed OUTSIDE the USA)

We do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (placed outside the USA). All INTERNATIONAL orders are FINAL SALE.

 

DOMESTIC Orders (placed within the USA):

We accept RETURNS & EXCHANGES on the following conditions:

- Goods must be UNWORN with Tags STILL ATTACHED

- Goods must be returned to us no later than 30 days after they arrived to you.


PLEASE NOTE:

- a $5 RESTOCKING FEE will be deducted from your Refund for each RETURNED ITEM.

- Goods that are "FINAL SALE" and / or "WAREHOUSE SALE" and / or items discounted more than 39% are NOT ELIGIBLE for RETURN / EXCHANGE.

- You are responsible for shipping the items back to us, and if You want to exchange, You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the new items to you.

- All items are subject to be rejected for refund or return upon inspection at our discretion if the garment is not in the condition specified above.

- Exchanges and Refunds will be only after we receive your Return Items. Refunds will be issued only through the same payment method you used to place the order. Refunds may take a few days to process depending on your payment method.

**By mailing your items back to us, You agree to Our terms above terms.**

 

TO INITIATE A RETURN / EXCHANGE:

**In the email, you must state:**

- Your ORDER NUMBER (sent in the email when you placed your order)
- The EMAIL ADDRESS you used to place your order
- The items you would like to return (specify color & size & quantity if you ordered multiple items of  the same style)
- For EXCHANGE ORDERS: you must specify the item STYLE, COLOR, & SIZE you are exchanging for. The style must be priced the same as the item you are exchanging for. **please check our site to make sure the STYLE / COLOR / SIZE item you'd like is still in stock**

Your RETURN PACKAGE must contain your ORDER NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS on the inside of the package.

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your product arrived to you damaged or defective in anyway, you must notify us within' 30 days of receiving your order.

You must include PHOTOS of the damage product, as well as the information requested above (Order Number, Email address used to place order, etc).
